We want you to love your KISE paddle. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
30-Day Returns
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or our contact form with your order number
- We'll send return instructions
- Send the item back in original packaging
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
Note: There is a standard administrative charge of $25 for 30-day returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used paddles (grip tape removed, surface marked)
- Sale or clearance items
- Items returned after 30 days
